I want my money back I dont even know how this happened but I work to hard for my money to have it taken I never even been to Arizona or no where near it I will be forced to file legal action if I dont get my funds back thats all I ask I have 10 kids and bills I dont have *** to lose I never even heard of this company

Getting charged twice for no service

I have no idea what your company does I have not received any product that's my problem to you I cannot recommend you to anyone due to the fact I have no idea what's your company does I know they took out money twice I would like a refund you know who I am I notified my bank they are looking into it and they are going to get back to me if you don't give me a refund

Namesilo would not assist me by phone

Unable to renew online. Followed their Renewal Instructions. The site would not accept my information. Their site wanted to use a defunct domain name, it would not let me correct the domain name.
